A few years ago, a group began the tradition of lighting up Hodag Park for Christmas. It has grown each year and it has become quite a beautiful light show. We met Steve and Patti (who have been quarantining to spend time with us) and Uncle Tom and Aunt Sara for a stroll through the park to see all the lights. It was really beautiful, though Simon kept heading off trail and gave us all a run for our money trying to wrangle and carry 30 pounds of dead weight through the whole park. It was fun to get to catch up with Tom and Sara since we haven't seen much of them since this whole covid mess began. It was a perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit! Can't wait to see their fireworks for New Years!
