We had a super fun St. Patrick's Day party at church. We did a STEM challenge, which involved the kids building a strong structure out of straws and tape. The structure needed to be able to support a plastic cauldron filled with gold coins. Everyone accomplished the task, but the girls really knocked it out of the park with a super strong structure, that could've easily held even more weight! We also made homemade butter, ate Irish soda bread, beaded snakes, and made shamrock art. It was a fun day!
