Going for a fall walk at the cabin is one of my favorite things to do. The way the sunlight streams through the golden trees and makes the whole woods look yellow is absolutely magical. I love the sound and feel of the crunching leaves on the road. The kids were in awe the whole time too. I love seeing them enjoy nature and marvel at the simple things like the brilliant colors of a leaf or a tiny purple flower peaking through the leaf litter. I'm grateful for such a beautiful place to enjoy all the seasons the Northwoods has to offer.
