When Elliot died this winter, we decided a good way to grieve would be to have a farewell party for him. Olivia helped to plan it, and we celebrated his memory with pictures, a photo book, matching shirts, candles, and of course, cake. The kids also made adorable pool noodle horses with materials from the dollar store and burned off some energy galloping around outside. It was a fitting farewell for our dear friend who brought so much joy to our lives over the years. Rest in peace, sweet Elliot. We will miss you very much.
