Buck Lake

Yesterday the kids and I went to swim and play at Buck Lake with Grandma Patti  Nolan was fearless and really enjoyed playing motorboat with Grandma and building sandcastles.  Livi loved to splash around and was standing in the water, looking so grown up!  

I love her cute little face and that Nolan is getting ready to do a cannonball in the background.

 We saw a couple of loons swim by - a mommy, daddy, and a few babies.  We also chased a fishy around.  Nolan was really excited to see the animals.

We're pretty lucky to live in the beautiful Northwoods, where we have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.  Buck Lake is crystal and absolutely perfect for little ones to swim.  It was a fun afternoon!
