Both Nolan and Livi have become quite good bike riders this summer. We were on a bike ride/walk together, with both kids riding ahead, when all of sudden we heard Livi sobbing. Nolan casually rode back and told us that Livi was bleeding, so I panicked and started running toward her. She was bleeding from her nose and sobbing hysterically. She was trying to ride down the hill as fast as she could and smashed face-first into a mailbox. We got the bleeding to stop and cleaned her up. She had a pretty nasty bruise under her eye, but fortunately was wearing a helmet and was not hurt anywhere else!
