We celebrated our 8th anniversary with a night out a Crimson Café for the weekly tapas on the patio event. We've been really excited to try it because they've been featuring a new menu filled with curry, pad thai, and some of our very favorites. When we lived in the St. Cloud area, we used to go to Asian House for their amazing curry all the time. We REALLY miss having a Thai restaurant nearby. We hope Crimson will keep this going!
It's hard to believe 8 years have gone by already. We have become quite a team, tackling parenting, home ownership, financial planning, and all of life's stressors in stride. We rely on each other and bring out the best in each other. I am so thankful for him. Happy Anniversary, Eric!
