We tried a new place for strawberry picking this year - Tomahawk Berry Farm. It was way closer than going all the way to Antigo and Nolan said the berries were the best he's ever had! Grandma Patti joined us, which was a good thing because Simon was a whirling dervish of berry eating - sometimes faster than we could get them into the pail! We are looking forward to some delicious strawberry shortcake, strawberry rhubarb crisp, and strawberry shakes this week! Maybe some strawberry jam, too!
