The other day Grandma Ruby came over to watch the kids for a bit. After I got home, she decided to take Nolan out for a winter walk down to the park. He loved the opportunity to get some fresh air and I loved the fact that he got another chance to make memories with his 87 year old Great Grandma! He loved trying to catch snowflakes on his tongue. And I have to laugh, because in true Grandma Ruby fashion, she's wearing a hat that was Eric's Aunt Jackie's when she was in sixth grade - over fifty years ago!
